OVERVIEW
Your Kindness Animal Clinic Pet Portal is a free service for all active clients of our clinic.

When a new client submits their paperwork and includes their e-mail address, they will automatically receive an invite to the service.

If you are an existing client, you can get a Pet Portal by either submitting an online request through the login or updating your e-mail by calling us or when you are here for a visit.

What is it?

Your Pet Portal is your online gateway to your pet's veterinary care.

You can use it to:

  • View all of your pet's important Alerts & Reminders
  • Communicate with us regarding your pet
  • Request appointments
  • Request grooming
  • Request refills on prescriptions
  • Update your information (and your pets!)
  • Upload Photos
  • Review educational information about conditions and care

How much does it cost?

Zip, Zero, Nada, Nothing. It's a free service for all of our active clients.

Will you share my e-mail with other companies?

No, your e-mail is strictly only required to provide the service. We may send newsletters and partner offers through the service if we deem that it might be a useful promotion for our clients. The companies that have special offers never have access to your e-mail and you can control whether you receive any at all. We are keenly aware of the annoyance of junk e-mail and will not send any promotional e-mails unless we feel it will be a benefit to the majority of our clients.
